5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damages within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected.
